The 8th Annual Western Vascular Institute Symposium took place on the 24th-25th June 2010. Starolas powered the conference; author submissions, delegate payments and upload of presentations by presenters.

The main Western Vascular Institute contains; a research section that details all of the institutes research, a video section that shows recordings direct from theatre and information about the programmes operated by the WVI.

The UCDSU website packets a heap of tools that can be used by UCD students. The site has a grinds file, second hand bookshop, loyalty card, class reps listing, a purchase order system.... not to mention a pretty impressive looking website!

The SIN website is the central news portal for all student news at NUI Galway. The site features articles about what's going on on campus as well commenting on important student issues.

Mr. Sherif Sultan, a consultant vascular surgeon commissioned us to create a dramatic personal website that would highlight his research and achievements to date.

The website allows students from NUI Galway to engage with their Union in an interactive way. Each student has a MySU account which allows them to sell second hand books, reserve a locker and manage their SU loyalty card.

The Socs Website features news articles, upcoming events and society profiles. The website features a complex system that helps Society Committee members to run their society (SMS webtext, mailing lists, members, end of year reports, email)

The website is the fulcrum for civic engagement and service learning in Ireland. The site features a Toolkit that provides resources to academics interested in starting civic engagement programmes in their institutions.

The BCRI 2010 Symposium is held every two years and every year they use Starolas to manage paper submissions, peer review, acceptance, delegate registration and upload of speaker presentations. We're looking forward to 2012 already!
